In conscientious support of manufacturer warranty requirements, CitiRoof maintains an extensive service department.  Factory trained service personnel operate from fully-equipped vehicles to ensure prompt and efficient attention, whether it is a warranty repair or an emergency roof repair.  They’re also available for routine maintenance to provide long term, trouble-free performance of your system.  All of this is included in our low competitive rates. 

To go the extra step our customers deserve, we include not only an itemized bill but also a hand-written report from the service technician describing the problem and what corrective action was taken.  This commitment is what earns our valued customers’ trust and confidence.

Guaranteed Service Contract was created back in the 1970’s by CitiRoof’s founder to provide building owners the fiscal luxury of being able to extend the life of an old roof system for approximately two to eight years, for a fraction of the cost of a new roof. We often find that by renovating the existing system, we can make it watertight and guarantee it for the first two years for a pre-determined number of service hours at no additional charge. While not all roofs qualify for a GSC® program, we will be happy to provide an inspection free of charge.
